I am resigning from current job in one week. I have completed 1 yr & 9 months service approx. with my current co.
My visa expires on April 24, 2013.
If i get another job in kuwait in Feb 2013 , what is the procedure to transfer my residency if my current employer agrees.
If my current employer doesnot agree , what is the procedure. Will there be a travel ban.

According to law if you were hired in Kuwait (locally) then after 1 year you can transfer to another company. If you came from abroad then you have to complete 3 years to transfer to another company.
