I rented a flat and share with others. The Flat is on my Name. when I went duty one of the partner vacate his Room without information ans without Pay He vacate on 25th June
What Action I can take against him. I have only his Mobiles Number. Please advice me.

you cannot do anything against him. careful next time get the money in advance for each month when you put another person.
