My question is that today i resigned from my company and they accepted it, but i would like to have the release as soon as possible from the company but the issue is that they are forcing me to work for 3 months and i'm totally willing to pay the rest of the notice period.please tell me whether they can force me to work or else i have a right to pay them for the rest of the period.
