Will I be given release even if I submitted my resignation with 3 months notice? I have a 4 years contract hired from my country but wishes to resign 6 motnhs before my contract ends. My company wants to hold my passport and because I am not willing to give it , my salary and ticket money is being hold by my company. MY COMPANY SAYS THAT MY RESIGNATION IS NOT ACCEPTED.What should I do?
