Ministry of Interior General Department of Traffic started the online portal to renew the driving license of expats in Kuwait.

You can login using existing MOI Login ID

You cannot renew if your license validity is more than 1 month.

Just have your civil id scanned copy to upload and pay the required fees. Once approved you can collect it from kiosk machines available in Avenues, 360 mall, Al-kout mall
