hello Indians,, hope everyone doing well,, i am doing job in Kuwait as mechanical engineer,, one of my friend send a visit visa to me,, he thought that after coming to Kuwait , he can convert visit visa to employment visa but unfortunately Kuwait LAW changed... so my question is can i eligible to get CIVIL ID,(i have visit visa only)
