contract paper attestation for job visa for nurse
sir,
i am from India,Kerala.
my wife got job in kuwait as a nurse in private sector (clinic).
clinic already giveen visa.in India,they are telling now contract paper must attest in kuwait.then only they can stamp from India. from where it will attest and what is the formalities over there?
2.my wife already pass the MOH licence examination.at that time she did not have the original certificates.it was in travals for stamping.
how many month they will keep the licence?

As per the Emigration Rules of India, it is mandatory for all work contracts for recruitment of manpower from India, to be attested by the Embassy of India Kuwait. All sponsors in Kuwait who intend to recruit manpower from India are, therefore, required to follow the following procedures:
Private Sector Workers (Visa No. 18)
------------------------------------------
Work contracts, in prescribed format, are to be got attested by the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce & Industry and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait. Thereafter the contracts are to be submitted to the Embassy of India for attestation (Open from 9 AM to 1 PM, Sunday to Thursday). A set of documents including the prescribed format of work contract and other documentation may be obtained from the Embassy of India or downloaded from the Embassy’s website:
